I joined TikTok in May 2020 as a way to escape the pandemic anxiety after a friend sent me a post of some hot guy shakin' it to a 50 Shades of Grey/Magic Mike audio, HA!
A few months later, I tested the waters and post a Spiritual/Energy post that ended up with 1.4 million views. From there, I created Spiritual F-Bombs as a way to remind people that when it comes to Spirituality, it ain't all love, light and Lululemon! Then came S.W.A.T. (Spiritual Warriors Ascending Together) program where clients work on the modules at their own pace or join an in-person workshop for more intense energy.
Basically, I use the shit I've gone through to help you through the shit you're going through.
Basically, I use the shit I've gone through to help you through the shit you're going through. That is what's called "trauma-informed, spiritual strategies."
I've used my personal journey of overcoming sexual and physical abuse, homelessness, suicidal thoughts, and grief to help others realize they are not alone.
My work has been recognized internationally, and I've shared my story on stage in front of audiences up to 1000 people between the ages of 13-80.
I've also recognized and celebrated hundreds of people embrace their own journey of overcoming adversity through an annual event that earned a Municipal Proclamation of Honour.
I help others because I've been where you are and I've had to heal by myself.
You're not alone. I'm here to help.
